Terminal A - Go down to lower level to pick up bags, then go out door, Cross over to second island - look for bus shelter sign will say "Shared Hotel Vans". Look for Mermaid Transportation van.

Terminal B - Go down to lower level to pick up bags, then go out door, turn right, look for big cement columns with yellow bands around them. They will say "Shared Vans". Look for Mermaid Transportation van.

Terminal C - Go down to lower level to pick up bags, then go out door, go across to the 3rd sidewalk. Look for a sign above head that says "Shared Vans". Look for Mermaid Transportation van.

Terminal E (International Arrivals and US Customs)- After bag pick up and Customs (lower level) go outside terminal cross over to next island in front of you - turn left and look for shared van sign and Mermaid Van.
