On time, every time with trained drivers and state of the art safety. In the event of weather delays or cancellations we will make every effort to return you to campus on a later run or the following day as circumstances permit.IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Students should plan a minimum of 30 minutes after arrival to deplane, collect baggage and get to the pick up spot for their ride
- Students must allow a minimum of one hour at the airport for ticketing and security checks on departing flights. Be sure to plan more time during winter months for weather issues.
- All MERMAID reservations must be paid for in advance
- Please make your reservations at least a week in advance.
- Mermaid accepts Visa; Master Card and Discover credit cards.
- Due to the fluctuation of fuel prices - Mermaid Transportation reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge
